The second session of the Erasmus+ Project Writing Workshop, organised by the Gazi University Gazi Faculty of Education R&D Team, was held with the participation of faculty members and graduate students.

Prof. Dr. Salih Şahin, R&D Team Coordinator Prof. Dr. Pınar Şafak, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ufuk Özkubat, a faculty member in the Department of Special Education, participated in the workshop as speakers. Prof. Dr. Serçin Karataş, Chair of the R&D Commission and Vice Dean, also attended the event.

In the first part of the workshop, Prof. Dr. Salih Şahin provided an overview of Erasmus+ projects and the project development process. This was followed by comprehensive and practice-oriented information presented by Prof. Dr. Pınar Şafak and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ufuk Özkubat on the Jean Monnet Scholarship Programme and Erasmus Mundus programmes.

Using a sample project proposal as a basis, participants explored all stages of project writing through an interactive approach. The workshop addressed key aspects such as structuring a project idea, ensuring alignment with relevant programme requirements, and identifying important considerations throughout the application process, supported by concrete examples.

The second session of the Erasmus+ Project Writing Workshop concluded with Prof. Dr. Serçin Karataş, Chair of the R&D Commission and Vice Dean, presenting certificates of appreciation to the workshop facilitators.
