The Gazi University Gazi Faculty of Education Research and Development (R&D) Unit held its regular January meeting online on Tuesday, 6 January 2026, from 12:00 to 13:00, with the participation of Vice Dean Prof. Dr. Serçin KARATAŞ, GEF R&D Coordinator Prof. Dr. Pınar ŞAFAK, and Deputy Coordinator Asst. Prof. Dr. Figen DEMİREL UZUN.

During the meeting, updates to the GEF R&D Unit website were discussed, and several new arrangements were agreed upon. Plans were made to increase the visibility of training and workshop activities, develop informative content on research units, and publish the training calendar for the spring semester.

The meeting also addressed student researchers and their projects, events for sharing international experiences, patent and project information seminars, and other planned academic activities. Team members were also briefed on planning activities that could be organised by the R&D team as part of the University’s 100th anniversary events.

It was agreed that the next monthly meeting would be held in person on 3 February 2026.
