The scientific evaluation process for applications submitted under the 2025 call of the TÜBİTAK 2209-A University Students Research Projects Support Program, administered by the TÜBİTAK Directorate of Science Fellowships and Grant Programmes (BİDEB), has been completed, and the project applications granted conditional acceptance have been announced.

To finalise eligibility for funding, project supervisors are required to approve the Bibliography Declaration regarding the use of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) tools through the BİDEB Application and Monitoring System between 13 May and 4 June 2026.

In addition, where an ethics committee approval or an ethics committee exemption document has been requested for a project, the relevant documents must be uploaded to the system by the student project coordinators between 8 June and 8 August 2026.

Applicants can view their application results and current status via the “Application Status” section of the BİDEB Application and Monitoring System.
